Add Special Lines to Document Lines

To increase clarity and transparency, SAP Business One enables you to incorporate special line types in marketing documents. 

Adding the “Type” column to the document table enables you to set a special type to the given line. 

• “Text” is for adding a line of text to allow you to emphasize any important information related to the items above or below.

• “Alternative” indicates that the item that appears in this line is an alternative item and should not be included in the document total. 

• “Subtotal” is for adding a subtotal when necessary.
