Share it from the Web Client

To improve your work efficiency and productivity, SAP Business One has added the options “Export to Word” and “Send by Email” to the “Share” menu in sales documents. 

Clicking the “Export to Word” option exports the document to Microsoft OneDrive as Word file using the standard templates from SAP Business One:
